Amy Williams has recently taken ownership of the studio and is striving to keep the vision alive. As a veteran owned and run studio, I empathise with the struggles of daily military and post military lifestyle.
With a 200hr Certification course completion. Currently enrolled in business and management with years of experience in retail and customer service.
Each individual that walks into our studio has their own journey and we are here to help you on your journey through meditation, tension release for PTSD and those getting through daily anxieties and stresses with a variety of yoga classes available to all levels. In an effort to create a comfortable and safe environment, we have made many changes to the décor and layout to our studio. What we offer that many studios may not, is a cozy environment with instructors that join you during every session. Avoiding cold and modern aesthetics, we encourage natural lighting and neutral colors throughout our studio.

Dee Chrisman - owner and instructor
Dee is a 200RYT certified instructor through yogafit. She is currently working towards her 500RYT and Yoga Therapy certification. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in social work. She is using her military experience, years of counseling experience, and training through the yogafit warrior program to develop a unique program for families to help understand and cope with PTSD and Traumatic Brain Injuries. She is a reiki master and incorporates reiki into her classes. She trains athletic teams (Lacrosse and the swim team) at St Andrews University as well as trains and mentors students from East Carolina University Yoga Club. , In her spare time she hangs out with her amazing children, travels, kayaks, hikes...
